Donald PS & St Marys PS Plastic Bag LaunchThe LMWRRG offers a wide range of support to schools wanting to learn about waste management and make changes to their waste behaviour.

Kerbside Pride is a program developed and run by the group that aims to help schools recognise ways of reducing the amount of waste being sent to landfill and therefore their costs.

ResourceSmart is a state run program that helps schools tackle environmental issues in the school. From energy use to biodiversity, waste management to water the program is a holistic approach to help schools tackle these issues through changes in infrastructure, operations and curriculum.

The LMWRRG is able to run a wide range of Lessons and Workshops with schools. Topics include recycling, litter reduction and composting and can go from a 30 minute lesson for one class to a whole school workshop.
